Where do you ship to?
We offer nationwide shipping to all states in Nigeria, Ghana and Benin Republic. Whether you’re in a major city or a remote area within these places, we will deliver your purchase(s) promptly and securely. While we aim to reach as many customers as possible, there are a few countries and regions we are unable to ship to due to logistical constraints. If your country is not listed during the checkout process, do feel free to reach out to our customer service for further assistance.
What is your return policy?
You can return a purchase within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided it meets our return conditions: if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, defective product upon arrival).Â
Once we receive your returned item and it passes our inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@bezelandice.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Do you offer warranties on your products?
All our watches and jewellery come with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers any defects in materials and workmanship. The duration of the warranty varies by brand, typically ranging from 1 to 5 years.

We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us for evaluation and repair or replacement.
